If you are shopping with us for the first time, you will be guided to enter your personal information on the shopping cart checkout page to easily create a member account.
How to Earn Juva Points
- For every $100 you spend here, you earn 10 Juva points.
- To participate in Juvaly’s member giveback and interactive activities, please pay close attention to the newsletter, Facebook fan page, and Instagram.
How to Use Juva Points
- Please login as a member first.
- Go to your shopping cart after selecting products, and click “Go to Checkout” after confirming all items are correct.
- Your current Juva Points balance will be displayed on the check-out page. If you want to use Juva Points, please click “Confirm to use Juva Points to deduct the purchase amount,” and the system will automatically use all your available Juva Points for your discount.
- If you want to use only a portion of your available Juva Points, please change the amount manually. After confirming the discount, please click the black box on the right “Confirm to use Juva Points to deduct the purchase amount” again.
- Pull down the window, and in the details of “Your Order” on the right-hand side, you will see the column of “Points used” showing the points you are going to deduct this time. To cancel or modify the amount again, please click “Remove.”
- After confirming the delivery address and payment method for your order, click “Order purchase” to complete the process to redeem your Juva Points and place your order.
